Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach with a background in Psychology and Family Studies. Jessica blends behavior change science and holistic education to guide clients toward lasting lifestyle improvement.
Licensed Massage Therapist & Movement Educator
With over 6 years of massage experience and 15+ years in movement teaching, Autumn is also certified in Gyrokinesis®, Gyrotonic®, personal training, and holistic health coaching. She blends manual therapy with lifestyle coaching for total-body support. Outside the clinic, she’s active in community theater and costume design.
Fitness Specialist & Personal Trainer
Certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Atlas has a B.S. in Allied Health and experience training athletes, professionals, and bodybuilders. He focuses on sustainable fitness routines grounded in sleep, nutrition, and recovery. In his spare time, he’s a competitive bodybuilder and dark chocolate aficionado.
Clinical & Client Services Associate
Gabrielle will be earning a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology with a minor in Bioethics from Michigan State University. She is certified as a patient care technician and has worked with patients both in the hospital and in an assisted living facility. At Michigan State, she is involved on campus with clubs and volunteering, in addition to working as an Undergraduate Learning Assistant. After graduation, she plans to apply to Physician Assistant programs. Outside of class and work, Gabrielle enjoys spending time with family and friends, going for walks, and volunteering with kids.
Registered Dietitian & Nutrition Specialist
Specialist in women’s health and hormone nutrition. Holds degrees from MSU and Benedictine University. Offers food-first, practical guidance for sustainable change. Passionate about gardening, herbalism, and whole-body vitality.
