At-Home Starter Plan for Improving Bone Density

During your consultation, the GenAge team will work with you to create an individual workout plan and recommendations around your bone health. Remember, if any movement causes pain, modify or consult GenAge Center.

Daily habits:

  • Protein at each meal, walking most days, adding creatine, and a good sleep routine are all great habits to build into your daily schedule..

The GenAge Center quarterly assessment model

We structure strength and body composition improvement around repeatable checkpoints, so you always know what to do next.

Quarter 1:

  • Baseline consult, labs, DEXA body composition and bone density, and, when helpful, Resting Metabolic Rate testing.
  • Personalized training and nutrition plan, plus guidance on recovery and sleep. If indicated, discuss HRT and other optimization options.

Quarter 2:

  • Reassess progress markers, adjust protein targets and training volume, and refine conditioning zones. Massage or movement therapy as needed.

Quarter 3:

  • Repeat DEXA to quantify lean mass changes and visceral fat trends. Review labs if therapy or symptoms have changed. Fine-tune plan.

Quarter 4:

  • Consolidate gains and plan the next cycle with clear strength or performance goals.
